Orange Castle Home Watch is new to the Central Florida region. We are pleased to have the opportunity to offer our services to look after your Castle while you are temporarily away from your home. Whether you are away relaxing on a beach, playing in the snow, checking out the fall foliage, celebrating the coming of Spring or working out of town, you can rest assured that OCHW is here for you to assure your home is in the same condition as when you left.

Have you ever been out of town and heard a storm or a hurricane was predicted or just passed through your town? Perhaps you left town for a long weekend or a vacation and you just realized that a delivery is expected and no arrangements were made to pick up that package from your front stoop?

We can pick up packages, mail or flyers left on your driveway or step… all signs to thieves trolling your neighborhood for vacant or unoccupied homes. We will inspect the exterior landscape and home exterior to assure maintenance and landscapers are working as scheduled… an unmanicured property is another sign for thieves or squatters to take advantage. We’ll check your house temperature and humidity. We’ll also inspect walls, ceilings for evidence of leaks. We’ll check your smoke detectors and appliances for proper operation. Any of these if left unattended can result in your returning home to a highly compromised investment requiring hundreds or thousands of dollars to remediate mold or spoiled food. Need we even mention pests or infestations? Remember that the only things you want living in your house… is you!

Here’s where OCHW comes to your rescue. We are a member in good standing with the National Home Watch Association. We are Insured and Bonded and available to service your property. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge that your investment remains in the same condition that you left it and we will watch it for you while you are unable to and report to you any areas of concern. We will watch your home as if it were our own. Services can be tailored to your needs. We can provide service as frequent or infrequent as you would like.

Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.

We will be your eyes while you are away. If we discover a problem requiring immediate attention, we will contact you and we can arrange to either meet your contractor or vendor or we can put you in touch with ours and correct the problem while you can rest assured that when you return home safe and sound, your home will also be safe and sound!
